This Rental Agreement is made between Gordon's Point Glamping Retreat and This Guest for the rental of this property described as Glamping Dome. Check-in time: 3:00PM Check-out time: 11:00AM House Rules: - No pets - No smoking/vaping inside the dome. Smoking is permitted outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided butt bucket. - No candles, sparklers, or open flames are permitted inside the dome or on the outdoor dome deck area. - The BBQ grill must not be moved from its designated location. Guest Responsibilities: - Guest agrees to respect the property, furnishings, and surrounding area. - Guest is responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. - Failure to comply with the house rules may result in termination of stay without refund. Liability: The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. The Host is not responsible for los of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, all guests agree to assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property.
